The facial was a great, relaxing start after a very stressful time. Jayne uses Tropic products and they are so good. No nasties in them. After the facial I had the most amazing reflexology session. Not something I've had for years. It was so good I fell asleep. In fact I woke myself up snoring a few times!! What I also loved was how thorough Jayne was at the start with the clinical information and also at the end of the treatment, when she told me what she had found and gave tips on self treatment I could easily do from home. I've never had a facial and have only had traditional foot reflexology a handful of times (all with Jayne, and all really fabulous experiences). I have never had facial reflexology prior to today. Oh my. I came out of that session relaxed and calm with the tension in my jaw and neck just gone. I don't think I was even aware that I was holding the tension until it was gone. Just amazing. I swear that Jayne has magic hands. She can find and resolve issues with health and well-being that you aren't fully aware that you have. Whether you choose the traditional or the facial reflexology, you may be surprised at how well you feel after the session. I felt like a new woman when I walked out of that door. The products she uses for the pamper session and the oils used for the reflexology are all from Tropic Skincare, and there is a great choice so you get just the right thing for your skin. I never really believed all these articles about skin glowing and feeling refreshed until this facial. Naturally, I had to order some of the products so I could recreate a small bit of that relaxing loveliness in my own home. Jayne's treatment room is an oasis of calm too. I did joke that she must have had the huge and very beautiful tree outside the window put there, especially for the relaxing properties. I'm a convert, and I'm returning for more treatments.
