  I have had several sessions of reflexology with Jayne, both foot and facial. Jayne is super-professional, takes time to find out any worries or problems you have first.   I have had four sessions of reflexology with Jayne. Absolutely wonderful. The whole experience was so relaxing, so calming and so beneficial to my wellbeing after worrying health issues.. So good in fact that I have recommended her to both my husband and daughter. Last week I  went to Jayne for a facial massage ... what can I say, except that I have booked another session.   I was diagnosed with idiopathic peripheral neuropathy ( which is painful and has no cure if you are otherwise leading a healthy lifestyle  ) and the pain / leaden  / inflamed feet I suffered with was quite  .. wearing.  I'd  read that Reflexology helps with pain relief so in mid 2019 decided to give it a try . The results were pretty  instant and by session three they felt so much better. The redness and inflammation had gone and for want of a better explanation they felt ' livened up ' once again. Here we are four years on and I still get regular treatment from ' Reflexology With Jayne' because it works. Believe me I don't waste money but this  ( for me ) is one of my essentials just like eating good food, the gym etc. A small price to pay for my health. I'd definitely recommend anyone to try it . Not a cure ( there is not one ) but the next best thing.

  I had a wonderful relaxing facial treatment from Jayne. I went as I’d been struggling with hormonal / menopausal symptoms and she was a wealth of information as well as really understanding of my symptoms. Her treatment definitely brought calmness and balance to my week. She gave me lots of super helpful advice. The facial was great for my skin and I felt the benefit for ages afterwards.
